  • Job Duties:

    Conducting initial consultations to gather patient information

    Assessing patients’ emotional and mental health and developing treatment plans to meet them

    Asking questions and listening to help patients explore their thoughts and feelings

    Leading patients through mental exercises and role-playing activities when beneficial

    Counseling and advising patients on issues of importance to them

    Intervening with emergency care techniques and protocols when patients are in crisis

    Providing referrals for additional care or services when required

    Maintaining detailed confidential records

    Rotating once a month group therapy

    Working one Saturday a month.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work

    2+ years of clinical social work experience

    Knowledge of specific software programs used within your organization

    Valid and current LCSW or LMSW license

    Excellent listening and communication skills

    Ability to make psychosocial assessments and develop and implement care plans

    Ability to work one Saturday out the month

    Schedule: Monday- Thursday and 1 weekend out the month

    Pay Rate: $50- $60/hr.

  • Job Duties

    Evaluate patients (existing, new and prospective) based on their needs, limitations and desires

    Address patient concerns and goals while maintaining constant communication with the patient as well as a case manager

    Build rapport with patients and their families

    Coordinate care with Clinical Therapist and Mentorship departments

    Develop care plans for clients/families

    Skills/Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work

    2+ years of clinical social work experience

  • Duties:

    Create and administer educational content including lesson plans, notes, assignments, workbooks and exams.

    Develop personalized lesson plans and instruction based on each student’s educational needs.

    Encourage appropriate behaviors among students to ensure a productive learning environment for everyone.

    Present subject matter in a comprehensive way that engages students of all learning levels.

    Maintain and distribute students’ progress report

    Intervene when students need additional instruction to fully understand topics.

    Keep an organized classroom where supplies are easy to accessible.

    Prepare students for G.E.D. Testing, and college enrollment guidance.

  • Job Duties

    Help build rapport each time he or she meets with a mentee

    Ask open-ended “how” and “what” questions with a mentee

    Challenge and/or encourage a mentee depending on what the situation requires

    Offer opportunities to problem solve and exchange ideas

    Provide feedback that is honest, open and positive

    Take a genuine interest in helping the mentee succeed

    Present opportunities to the mentee may not have recognized on his/her own

    Provide suggestions to the best of one’s knowledge that help the mentee reach their goals

    Meet with youth and families

    Skills/Qualifications

    High School Diploma, with 1+ years experience working with youth, such as assisting in a classroom environment, group therapy, mentoring youth, after-school program experience, etc.

    College coursework in Education or Child Development preferred, but not required

    Work experience in a school or afterschool program setting is a plus, but not required.

    Compassionate, empathetic, caring, a great listener and role model

    Communicates well verbally, written, and phone associability

    Availability to work 4-6 hours shifts daily, Monday - Friday, and weekends

  • Job Duties:

    Answer phones and greet visitors

    Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

    Schedule and coordinate meetings

    Collate and distribute mail

    Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

    Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents

    Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

    Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

    Contact new clients to schedule appointments and complete initial intake forms.

    Communicates relevant information to both managers and frontline staff

    Respond to company emails from clients with in 24 hours

    Support Staff Qualifications:

    Decision-making: administrative assistants need to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.

    Communications and collaboration: An administrative assistant must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.

    Organizational skills: The ability to maintain order helps ensure executives don’t miss appointments or deadlines.

    Writing: Their emails, letters, documents and social media posts reflect upon their employers, so they need to know how to write professionally, using proper spelling and grammar.

    Associates degree or 2 years of experience working as a support staff ( Administration Assistance Work)

    Pay Rate: $20.00/hr., Mon-Fri

  • Duties

    Some teaching/tutoring/ experience is desired.

    Communicate regularly with Teachers to ensure a great experience for your students

    Maintain consistent promptness and punctuality

    Organizing and preparing classroom materials

    Providing assistance to children with disabilities

    Assisting with taking attendance and other recordkeeping

    Providing supervision on college tours/events

    Working one-on-one with students who need assistance

    Leading small group activities

    Assist Teacher with students, when needed.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Associate Degree Preferred

    Professional Educator License (Required) or a Paraprofessional License

    AGE: 21 and older

    Schedule: Part-time Tuesday- Thursday 4:00p.m.- 7:30p.m.

    Pay Rate: 30.00hrly
