What We Do
Our program focuses on reuniting children and their families through a mental health and mentorship approach.
The program mentors will offer direction and support to homeless youths in the LGBTQ+ community by empowering them with vital life skills, i.e., resume readiness, job interviewing, support with G.E.D testing, credit score building, financial literacy, emotional regulation, organization, active listening skills, and housing support.
Our Mental Health professionals will focus on mental health therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, TF-CBT, and support the family with coping strategies. Mentors will help teens by modeling behaviors and addressing their concerns while building a rapport with them and their families, allowing them to flourish autonomously, with dignity and respect for themselves and others, as we focus on the whole family while bridging the gap.
